Sales Brad Owens writes: Amateur vw shop, works out of a pole barn, and paints in it too.Though he does have the largest VW junkyard in the state, all of the old stuff has been long picked over, He seems nice and has a large selection of buggy items new and used, and also rebuilds wrecked VW's and sells them. I went to him because I thought he could give me a reasonable priced paint job, but forget it.

They said that repair takes special tools they don't have and suggested taking it to the local VW dealer.

Dave has a scientist/engineer mind when it comes to cars (or maybe doctor's?

) and is happy to explain all the details of how they work (or what's not working and why), if the customer wants to know.

I never did get a reply and after a couple of phone calls to them I gave up.
